'Friendly staff, we were 'upgraded' from lucky8 to Best Western Greater London, which is 2 blocks away. Check-in took long to enable the room cards, but they work;-). Our stay was during one of the hottest Londen days, 30degrees celcius, and nog airco in the hotel rooms. So we had a very warm night with only air ventilation.
