Service de navette depuis la gare de Nagiso très pratique autant pour rejoindre l'hôtel que pour faire des excursions à la journée (Vallée d'Atira / Nakasendo). Personnel très gentil. « Went hiking on the Nakasendo Trail. Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, as it is one of the closest and best hotels in the vicinity. Overall, it was a good experience. Staff were courteous, as usual, with the Japanese hospitality. The room is clean, but a bit tired. Could do with a renovation. Buffet is good, a wide spread of food and drinks, and the quality is good. Service staff are friendly and extremely hardworking. Except you get the same Breakfast and Dinner menu every day.
