Escape to this tranquil hilltop home backing onto forest land. Enjoy sunrise to sunset views from the wraparound deck or through our many windows, including striking views of Lily Rock. Modern amenities including a wood-burning stove, newly updated kitchen & bathrooms. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, this house offers relaxation & adventure. It’s the perfect family retreat! Amenities include smart TVs, a Softub hot tub, yard for outdoor play, & a propane fire pit. Book now for a memorable getaway! We've added a newly repaved driveway and an additional paved parking space.

INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV on lower level. Media room with projector Middle Level, Indoor Wood Fireplace (wood/kindling not provided). Property has both heat and air conditioning. mini-split in each top floor bedroom with heat and A/C. There are also space heaters provided. Tons of toys and games to keep you busy.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Softub 4 - 5 person hot tub, patio furniture, propane fire pit (no wood fire pit per city rules), Propane BBQ *propane not included (tank provided & may be partially full), the property is almost fully fenced in, minus the driveway entrance. We have a small gate you can use to close off the driveway to make it fully fenced in for pets.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, Drip coffee, coffee grinder, over-stove espresso, coffee maker, olive oil, basic spices, popcorn, and hot chocolate
GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent
PARKING: Driveway parking both upper and lower parking. Driveway is long and a bit steep. You will have to back down the driveway to leave. There is a lower-level parking spot you can use if you don't want to drive up to the top. If your car can handle being 'off-road', you can park in the flat dirt area at the end of the driveway. Please do so at your own discretion and be sure your car can handle the terrain. Low cars and cars without 4-wheel drive may get stuck. *NO OFF STREET/GARAGE PARKING
PET FRIENDLY: Max 2 pets, less than 50lbs each ($100/each)
1. Owner must completely clean up after pet - please bring poop bags.
2. Pets are to never be alone inside the property without crate.
3. Pets are not allowed on the furniture - please bring blanket from home (do not use any of our house blankets)
*For the safety and security of our guests, there is one exterior security camera located at the front door. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy and comfort during your stay.
