'1-My room was very bad inside the room that is coffee machine wasn’t work I claim for the front desk more than 10 times. They didn’t fix it. 2-The bathroom exhaust fan was completely non-functional, resulting in unpleasant odors; despite filing multiple consecutive complaints with management, the fan was never repaired during my entire stay. 3.
