'The room was clean, not so much the courtyard. We had expired milk in the fridge, which was replaced on request. A continental breakfast was advertised. I feel a few packets of cereal, a couple of slices of bread with jam & a small cup of juice doesn’t really constitute a continental breakfast.'

'I have booked this accommodation via Expedia and on the day of checking in. I almost panicked as there is no checking counter or office. It was done via access code which O did not receive from the property.
I pressed the intercom with no avail.
Sent message to the property owner directly but nil response.
I was so lost especially driving 2.5hours from Sydney.
There was no one in sight to ask for information.
I was so lucky to have met a couple who was checking out and they suggested me to...
