I walked into a slippery wet hotel floor, almost leading to injury, with very loud neighbors that ironically had to be escorted from the property. Although the staff was helpful enough to assist in taking care of these inconveniences, these were issues that I would not have anticipated experiencing, especially what a heavy and damaged/refundable incidental fee upon check-in.'

'I normally stay at the Edgewood, MD location, but it was all booked, so after searching, I decided to book here. After driving 6 hrs in traffic I arrive to check in only to find out the elevator is broken. Too late to book somewhere else on such short notice so I have No choice but to stay. 'Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. There are people with kids there but there some things I wouldn't want my kids seeing that I'd have to explain. The staff was awesome and very...
