'The accommodation in the annex was a little way away from town, but walkable. We arrived a bit early, trying to avoid the rain on bicycles - but staff were understanding and prioritised getting our room ready. Felt uncomfortable arriving by bike, as no options for storing the bikes were provided, and perhaps this might be considered as the location is on the Rebellion Way, which many touring cyclists are doing.'

'A lovely stay. Roast dinner and breakfast the following morning were delicious. The suite we stayed in was large, nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Easy to find and lots of parking Staff member Nathan and the lady who served us breakfast were both lovely. The cons - the hot water tank run out after my husband had a shower. We had to wait 45 minutes for it to heat up again. For the age/type of building this isn’t a problem but it would be good to give guests the heads up online...

'Lekker gegeten en voelden ons zeer welkom in deze b en b annex pub. Het is een gehucht maar de lokale bevolking weet het te vinden. S avonds gezellige band. Oude gastheer die nog heerlijke scrambled eggs kan maken. Enorme schone en typisch engelse family kamer. Mocht je in de buurt zijn en een slaapplaats nidig hebben, doen!'

'Arrived in the middle of football festivities but still dealt with professionally. Nothing fancy. The sort of accommodation you expect upstairs in a boozer. Excellent value for money given other options in the region. Would happily stay again (maybe without the football).'

'Lovely stay in one of the lodge rooms spacious and modern and very clean and comfy . Service is brilliant staff friendly . The food in the pub is super very tasty and the pies are amazing .very dog friendly love staying here and will be back would absolutely recommend '
