« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes…
Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette.
Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again. »

« We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no. »
