'This was our first time staying before an early morning flight. It was FANTASTIC. Hotel is beautiful, and we slept GREAT-totally soundproof at the airport. The private TSA entrance to the airport was so quick. We also parked at the hotel parking which was SO easy too! Great experience.'

'Floors need updated. Elevator floors were awful. Main floors have lots of scuffs and missing or chipped tiles. Beds were very comfortable. Food in restaurant was very good. They need more staff though. Pool and hot tub were very good. I’ve stayed here many many times over the years and I see it needs some TLC just in construction and closer cleaning in bathroom floor corners…..but then I’m one who cleans nooks and cranny’s. The staff work very hard and are very pleasant but they need extra...

'I was pleasantly surprised by the level of design and upkeep of this property. I only gave 4 stars for area around hotel because it is connected to the Mall of America and overlooks a massive parking lot. Not the hotel's fault, just a circumstance of the area. The hotel restaurant is delicious! This is -not- bar food. It is deliciously orchestrated with interesting flavors and well executed dishes. I would eat there even if I wasn't stya at the hotel. Bravo!'

"Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. "
