« We stayed from June 30 through July 8, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was very disappointing. Our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. I specifically requested that both beds receive fresh sheets, that the room be vacuumed because of the sand, and that towels and toiletries be replenished. Only one bed had its sheets changed, the carpet still had sand on it, and we were left with just two towels and two washcloths. We made five trips to the front desk for additional towels...

« Hôtel bien placé mais pas au top au niveau accueil, propreté et petit déjeuner. L’accueil n’est pas des plus chaud mais ça allait quand même. Foule au niveau du petit déjeuner avec une file d’attente pour avoir des gaufres ou une table déplus de 20 mnLa personne du petit déjeuner est très énergique mais à 8h59 elle accélère encore pour tout arrêter même s’il y encore la queue. La propreté générale est moyenne. Manque d’entretien global. »

« View was great and good distance from the boardwalk. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing about this hotel. The bed looked like it was just made that morning with dirty sheets and left with bugs, hair, sand, and dirt. As for the hotel it had a musty smell throughout, the elevator was a little worn and the door got stuck a couple of times and wouldn't let us out. »
