'Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again.'

Parking was plentiful, which was a plus. However, some vehicles were taking up multiple parking spaces, making the parking situation less efficient than it should have been. The location was decent, but the entire hotel is in need of a significant makeover.
The room itself was clean, which I appreciated. However,...

'Good. - Room was clean.
Bad- TV was hung from wall with bracket that left it so low my brother was bumping his head. It was not working when we entered the room. After detective work, one of the two extension cords was not connected. It cannot meet code
VERY BAD- Air consider dripped into the bed next to bathroom all night. We had to sleep at the bottom of the bed.
Master Properties has no phone to contact and made no attempt to help us with leak or TV. They gave us a partial refund of $30 for...
