« Johnson and his team are really great and always ready to help when you have any problem »

« Clean, spacious room. Housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs. The staff knew enough English for check in and to store our luggage after check out, but were not overly helpful (did not tell us about the amenities/services at the hotel, did not offer to help with car service, etc). Very close to M10. »

« Hotel is OK, but I honestly thought that a big chain like Novotel would have people who speak English, unfortunately, nobody could speak English at the hotel. »

« This hotel was ridiculous. For towels they essentially give you large disposable napkins. Half the hotel was under construction/abandoned. There is not actually any breakfast, even though it's claimed all over the hotel and website that there's breakfast (was on the website at the time of booking). We literally got to explore their abandoned kitchen. It was disgusting and unmaintained. It had obviously not been used in years. Make sure you have breakfast plans in mind if you go here. « Staff were wonderful during our one-night stay during a busy national holiday: professional, proficient, but also proactively friendly and helpful. Much thanks to Lynda, Tom, Michael, and pretty much everyone we encountered. A very special thanks to Lynable, whose friendly welcome and farewell at check-in and check-out bookended very nice impressions of our brief but very pleasantly memorable stay. Thanks! »

« Great value! »
