This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Anna Maria Island home is the perfect place to spend your family vacation or Girl’s Getaway!

Kiwi Cottage is in a fantastic central location in Holmes Beach. Choose from 4 or 5 restaurants all within a 1 minute walk. The beach is only 4 blocks away, which takes about 8 or 9 minutes to walk. By bicycle or golf cart, it is only 2 minutes away! Golf cart available by Owner per separate Rental Agreement for an extra fee.

Surrounded by palm trees and ornamental plantings, you will instantly feel like you are on vacation. We have chosen very beachy colors for all bedding, art work, and furnishings. There are several spaces to just relax and unwind.
The Heated Pool is very private and not shared. Unwind at night in the spa with your favorite beverage and gaze at the stars. Solar lighting creates a resort like ambience. The pool patio area has a Brand new surfboard bar, Weber Grill, umbrellas, chaise lounges and picnic table for your outdoor entertaining needs. A Bonus room was just added in the garage with Rattan patio sofa, new tv, and fan. Garage is not for guests' car parking. Owner’s golf cart available for an extra fee.

The fully stocked kitchen and Living Room are bright, open concept spaces, perfect for family time while preparing your favorite meals.

The unit is the left side of a High end duplex, and shares a common wall. Please be respectful of the 10:00pm town noise ordinance, so as not to disturb guests on the other side or neighboring properties.

Pool Heating- In the cooler winter months, the pool pump heater will turn off at 10pm and turn back on at 8:00am. Pumps can become damaged and burn out if the air temp is 20 degrees cooler than the pool temp. In addition , the heat pump turns off when the air temp is below 55 degrees. As such, it can take some time during the day to reach the desired temp of between 82-84 degrees. The spa reaches a max temp of 102 degrees once it is warmed up. It is not recommended to spend more than 15 minutes at a time in the spa.
