« On arrival staff member (or manager) appeared complacent and somewhat uninterested. Did not show us to the room, although easy to find (not accessible for anyone with a disability - two flights of stairs - not lift). Room was spacious for two. Given it was an old-ish annexe part of the main building the windows were draughty even with what seemed like outdated secondary glazing that barely closed (room 4). Staff contacted us the day befor to give us all information needed and were very helpfull and responded quickly to our questions. Will 100% use this option next time I will go for a Liverpool match. »
