First Floor – Entertainment & Kids’ Retreat:
The first floor is dedicated to fun and relaxation. A game room with foosball, shuffleboard, and a ping pong table awaits, while a private movie room with a 57-inch HDTV, surround sound, DVD player, and game hookups sets the stage for family movie nights. There is one bedroom on this floor with a full-over-full bunk bed with a full-sized trundle underneath. There is one full bathroom in the hallway.

Second Floor – Oceanfront Suites & Hot Tub:
The second floor features four spacious oceanfront bedrooms (all with king-sized beds), each with its own ensuite bathroom and Roku-equipped TV. Step onto the expansive oceanfront deck, spanning the length of the home, where you’ll find the six-person hot tub—perfect for unwinding with spectacular views.

Third Floor – Panoramic Views & Chef’s Kitchen:
The third floor has an open-concept living and dining area with panoramic ocean views. The family room includes board games, puzzles, and books for plenty of family fun and a 55-inch Roku HDTV, while the dining area’s large table invites everyone to gather together at day’s end. The chef’s kitchen offers granite countertops, top-of-the-line appliances including an extra-large refrigerator, double dishwashers, double ovens, an ice maker and a wine fridge, There are two dining room tables and bar seating for 10. There is a half bathroom on this floor as well. Step out onto the full-length oceanfront deck, furnished with an four-person bar top table perfect for al fresco dining with stunning ocean views. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one features ocean views with a king-sized bed, and the second features a full over full bunk bed with a full-sized trundle. These bedrooms share a bathroom.

Step outside to your private oceanfront backyard retreat. The heated pool (at no additional cost) invites endless fun, while two outdoor showers add convenience after beach days. There is parking available for 6-8 vehicles, depending on size. This home is not pet-friendly.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Included: Propane Grill, WIFI, Smart TVs throughout, a fully stocked kitchen, and linens, including all bedding + bath. When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A first-night amenity bag is provided to get your stay started which includes an initial supply of two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, dish soap, detergent, and more.

There is a keyless entry lock and guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay.
