The open concept living room, dining and kitchen maximize the space and give everyone an amazing view through the sliding doors to the large swimming pool. The classic kitchen provides everything you need to dine in or take your meals outside on the oceanfront covered deck. Comfortable seating in the living room is perfect for evening movies. Enjoy sunrises, ocean/pool views and evening breezes on your private covered deck.

You can relax at the beach or at the pool, which includes a poolside gazebo and multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs. Paved and wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away.

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island, puts you close to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our islands past.

2026 HOA Run Community Pool: open April- October (opening and closing dates to be announced). 8 am to 8 pm daily, weather & safety concerns permitting.
Gate/laundry/parking passes/pool keycard required with a credit card on file
Please note that Surf Condo units only provide parking for 2 vehicles
Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises
Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
Pet Free - No pets allowed by anyone on the premises
Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included, but are available for rent through Ward Realty for an additional fee.

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! See below for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your vacation rental. Please note that some vacation rentals do not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
