The property has been refurbished. It's modern, bright, and spacious. The pool is well suited to families as it is only 48" deep and offers plenty of outdoor space to relax. The open plan living area leads to a covered patio, ideal for relaxing and dining.
The villa's layout is designed to provide a sense of freedom and comfort, allowing you to move effortlessly between the living areas.

The open plan living room has a comfy couch for enjoying the 65" LED TV. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The network and password can be found in the drawer under the TV.

Dining can be enjoyed on the covered patio. There is seating for 6. There are couches and a coffee table for reading and relaxing, whilst enjoying a cooling drink.

Enjoy basking in the sun, from a poolside sun lounger before a rejuvenating swim amid the setting of the garden, or take some shade under the mango tree. The pool is well suited to families as it is only 48" deep and offers plenty of space to play or relax. The large garden is planted for some privacy but also offers direct sun for enjoying the beach loungers.

The full kitchen has Corian counters, please be very careful not to put very hot pans directly on the surfaces, there are trivets for your usage. There is large electric oven and hob, 2-door fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, and microwave. Cutlery and crockery for over 6 persons are provided, as well as everything a chef could need. There is a gas BBQ in the garden, for dining alfresco.

There are two bedrooms: the main bedroom is en-suite , with a queen size bed, a walk in closet housing a safe for you to use, the bathroom has a shower. The guest bedroom has two twin-beds, which can be made up to a king bed, giving the option, depending on the guests requirements. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with shower.

There are ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout the villa

We provide all linen, bath towels, and beach towels. Our weekly housekeeping will do towels and bedding laundry during her visit. The laundry area has a washer and dryer (as well as a drying rack in the yard) and ironing board and iron.

Security lights are on sensors, switches are marked throughout the villa.

While you are staying at the Villa you also have access to the community pool, and beach bar, which is just down the road beside the beach. From here there is also access to the boardwalk which will take you both north and south.
