I’ve stayed many times over the years and forget just how good it is, from free snacks in the room to a delicious full breakfast, down to the small details like Frette towels, Bulgari soaps and a beautiful art collection. 'We were triple charged the first night. No help from desk staff. Also we moved the 7 dollar waters (not far) just out of the way. Not opened at all. Only moved. Front desk said she could not refund non opened smart waters. Nice staff in lounge but very very much ripped off on price of room and we were forced by our minor daughters robotics competition to HAVE to stay at this hotel to be allowed to compete. Felt very deceived by price changes as well as not being told to not move or touch water....

'There are elevator delays as the elevators are old and slow and not sufficient for the size of the hotel. Ours were not working most of the time we were there for a wedding. the stairways were dirty and smelly and even the hallways in the hotel had a bad smell. '

'This is the perfect spot for hosting a Bachelorette... if you don't plan on making a lot of noise. They have noise monitors on the property and threaten to fine you if you get too loud. The property was set up very well and it was very clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, there were ants in two of the restrooms. On the bright side, when we informed the property management company, they DoorDashed some bug spray to the house. You should also be aware that the property if FOUR...

'The staff were very nice. The room was nice but a bit crowded. When the sofa bed was out you could not walk between the bed and it. All breakfast items were gone each morning due to the crowd, so we were not able to use the free breakfast benefit. Nice location to walk to the convention center, about a 10 minute walk.'

'Overall was a good experience and convenient if you are planning to go to the Houston rockets game, it is within 3 minutes. Unfortunately, parking lot is not an option, you have to pay for it. '
