« I booked an additional night through Hotels.com due to my home flooding but accidentally selected the wrong date. Payment was made at 12:06 p.m., and I immediately corrected the date once I realized the mistake. Despite providing proof, the general manager required us to leave, citing a five hour policy that had not yet been exceeded. I was traveling with three children, and the situation was handled with no flexibility or professionalism. Very disappointing experience. »

« We arrived at the O Fallon IL Drury, our very first stay at a Drury. Upon our arrival at the hotel there was a serious issue, both elevators were broken.What should have been a nightmare turned out to be all hands on deck to help get our luggage to our rooms. The manager, Grant handled the situation seamlessly. Not only did he carry our luggage up the several sets of steps himself, we also seen him throughout our stay, accommodating us and the guests as though we were family. I was impressed...

« Stayed 2 nights at the end of February 2026. From check in to when we pulled away it was a great experience. Will always check for a Drury Inn going forward. Great room. Comfortable bed. Really good breakfast and a free dinner every night. Add a nice heated pool and hot tub and it’s a great place to stay and reasonably priced. Our only complaint was no lock on the bathroom door. The pool was also so overwhelmingly busy a few times but that’s no fault of the hotel. Highly recommend you stay here...
