'I loved the hotel, the location right on Parque Mexico, and the friendly helpful staff. My room was perfect: very comfortable bed, great shower, sweet little balcony for a bit of fresh air, beautiful bath tub, everything I needed. I look forward very much to a return visit. 'We LOVED our stay at Casa Cleo. The location was 10/10. The staff was 10/10. The room was 10/10. The gym was a pleasant surprise - full rack of weights, mats, etc. And it's outside (covered) so fun. The roof terrace with coffee/light breakfast was such a bonus. Comfortable bed/pillows. Cannot say enough good things. '

Laundry services are available (for free if you do it yourself or 200mxn to get it delivered to your room). Breakfast is included and tasty yet limited. Many options in the neighbourhood though!'

'Monica and everyone at Casa Ensenada are so welcoming. It is a lovely little hotel in a fantastic neighbourhood. A small but sufficient breakfast is available daily. Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. Truly felt like they enjoy having you stay with them. '

'Very nice apartments in a secure building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe and has great options for dining and coffee. Maestro Taquero, Cantina La Llorona, and Cielito were some of the places we enjoyed. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day. They do not have cash, so they are not able to change larger bills for smaller ones; most establishments in the area accept card, but I like having cash for tipping. And they only provide clean towels every 3 days, so plan...
