With so many places to choose from it can be very overwhelming. I am very happy you have found your way to my place so I have a chance to show you what I (along with so many of my wonderful return guests) feel is a beautiful and peaceful home away from home. Come with me on my quick tour, followed by more details….

1st Level:
Walk into a fully renovated kitchen (Jan 2026) with new appliances and cabinets and LVP flooring through the first floor, with a pantry for all your food supplies. It is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with waffle iron, electric griddle, instapot and different coffee makers, including Keurig.

Continuing on to the Dining Room/Living Room area you have seating for 6 people to enjoy your meals. The living room has a queen sofa bed, loveseat and a fantastic comfy oversized rocking reclining chair. Watch TV on the big screen SmartTv with cable and DVR.Record your show and watch it later! We have a DVD player and stereo, also. There is a desk area in the living room with a printer and smaller screen for the GameCube with games for the kids.

Sliding glass doors go out to the deck which has seating for 6 and has a BBQ grill, overlooking the 9th tee box.

There is also a half bath on the first floor. :)

2nd Level:
Main bedroom with KING bed and dresser, end tables and SmartTv with cable. En-suite full bathroom with walking shower.

Second bedroom with a QUEEN and a TWIN bed. Both mattresses brand new (Jan 2026) Chiropractic Mattresses. There is a TV with cable, a dresser and an end table.

Second bathroom with a tub and shower.

Full washer and Dryer.

Added a DVR in the Living Room. You can go out and enjoy the day at the beach and record your shows. Watch them later!

Come stay at our renovated villa. There is nothing like staying in a place that has great amenities. On the main floor, enjoy our beautifully decorated and furnished living room overlooking the Golf Course. Our Sleeper Sofa has a Queen size bed. Relax and fall asleep in our oversized comfy recliner! Relax to the sound of the Stereo with the 6 CD changer player or watch TV on a big set which has a DVD player. You may never want to leave this great comfy chair. There is also a desk area with a printer. Along with everything in our living room enjoy a lighted ceiling fan with remote control, for those of us that enjoy a little extra breeze on hotter days. The kitchen is fully stocked and has many new amenities, including a full pantry closet! (COMING Dec 2025 - FULLY RENOVATED KITCHEN. The entire first floor will have new LVP flooring and the stairs will be opened up to make it more roomy.) There is a half bathroom which has been renovated and updated. There is cable TV throughout and Broadband Wifi Internet Access!

Moving upstairs, enjoy the added room of a king sized bed in the master bedroom with another lighted ceiling fan with remote control (Ladies, this comes in very handy for me! The remote stays right by my nightstand. LOL). The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a TV with a VCR player. The master bathroom has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror and updated to be a walk-in shower (no tub). The 2nd bedroom has, as of Jan 2026, 2 Brand new CHIROPRACTOR MATTRESSES (1 QUEEN and 1 TWIN sized) a bureau and a 19' Flat Screen TV and DVD/VCR player. Also, added a lighted ceiling fan. The 2nd bathroom upstairs has all new vanity, sink, faucet, new tub and mirror Also, there is a full sized washer and dryer upstairs.

There are a total of 3 TV's in our villa - plenty of TV's to go around. If you don't want to watch TV, relax on the deck and watch the golfers play golf on the 7th hole. Have a BBQ with our new WEBER GAS GRILL and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area. That's the life! Or, take the path to the beach, in the shade. Ride on our FOUR available bikes, walk or drive to the beach. Our villa is one of the closest villas to the beach. Everything is within a 5-7 minute walk!

Our porch closet has 4 bikes and pool floats and our beach locker (located at the Shipyard Beach Club) is fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and many other beach toys / items. Our rear deck is furnished with a BBQ grill, table and chairs and has a view of the Golf Club's 7th hole tee box.

We provide 4 bikes for your usage, if you chose. Although there are bikes available for use at this rental property, we CANNOT guarantee the condition of these bikes (since they have been used by prior renters) and by signing this rental property agreement, you agree to assume ALL responsibility and risks associated with the use of these bikes and agree to adhere to the "Tips for Safe Bicycling" (found on the https://hiltonheadislandsc.gov website), when using them.

As per the rental agreement, there is a $250 cancellation fee, if canceled prior to 30 days or over from arrival date. Please consider trip insurance if you think you may need to cancel.

The Shipyard Plantation is a security patrolled, gated community with lighted walking / biking paths and golf courses throughout the property. Shipyard is nestled between Sea Pines and Palmetto Dunes. It is only a few miles from the Harbour Town Lighthouse Marina and Golf Links. The Greens development (within Shipyard) is known for its close proximity to the renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Courts, tall shady trees and quiet and relaxing setting. Our Villa sports a beautiful view of the Shipyard Golf Course off the rear deck and is centrally located in The Greens development. The villa is located on a quiet dead end street (cul-de-sac) so there is minimal traffic from residents and guests throughout the day. We have blink cameras outside the villa for security purposes - positioned at the front door/stairs and in the back. During occupancy, the back one will be shutoff for privacy. We do not live on the island. While it is very peaceful where we are, it gives us peace of mind while the villa is vacant. Plus, we are able to see storm events or any damages due to storms.

You are a 5-minute drive to Coligny Plaza (w/ over 70 shops / 14 restaurants / eateries) & Forest Beach and a 10-minute drive to the Shelter Cove Marina and the Sea Pines Harbour Town and South Beach Marinas.
