This was our second year in a row, staying at this amazing condo. We walked in, and it, once again, felt like home. The decor, the fully stocked kitchen, and especially the ocean air, makes this the most relaxing experience. You step off the porch, and you are immediately on your way to the beach path. This year, we took advantage of the Weber grills, and picnic tables, and had a great cookout. We were heartbroken to leave, and can’t wait to go back next year. This place deserves more than 5 stars!!!

2/3 Terrible mattresses

Location was great but walkway closest to the beach had been filled in with sand. The kitchen had a good selection of pots/pans/plastic storage containers. But needs more silverware. Only spices were S/P. Dishwasher was very tricky to work. We had no instructions and had to troubleshoot several issues. We didn't have a broom. Owner was quick to respond to concerns. The Master bed was comfy but the beds in secondary room were extremely uncomfortable, cheap mattresses. We had to purchase an egg crate mattress pad to help us get some sleep. The owner was immediately defensive and offended telling me no one has ever complained about them before. I offered to leave the mattress pad for a reimbursement and she very rudely responded for me to keep my topper. I've stayed in many rentals and have never experienced the lack of empathy towards guests. I'm guessing they are new hosts because she never once apologized or showed concern for our experience. We also had issues with internet being slow. Instead of addressing the internet she told us we needed to contact the HOA manager. The HOA manager said the owner needed to call. We continued to get the run around. If I'm paying over 3600 for a 2 bed condo this is not my responsibility to solve all these issues. By Friday, our internet was still slow and the owner ghosted me, no longer responding to my messages. I would have happily wrote a better review had these issues been handled more professionally honoring the customers investment.

We found our perfect condo!

After searching for years, this condo met every need and expectation! It’s beautifully decorated, spotless and comfy beds! Very spacious and felt like home! We were surprised by all the extras
four very nice beach chairs, awesome umbrella for the beach, sand toys, racquets, a little playhouse was a hit! Ironing board, iron, plenty of extras in the closets, two fans, hair dryer, board games and so much more! The first floor was a dream! We could unpack right at the front door!! The back deck that walked out to the playground and beach access were so easy to go back and forth to the beach. Quiet part of the north island. We will be back and so happy to have found this oceanfront gem!

Great, ocean front ground floor unit

This unit was perfect for our two daughters and their husbands to share while my husband and I stayed with my mom in her timeshare in the next building. Three generations enjoying the beautiful beach at Folly Field. Unit was well equipped with beach chairs, pickle ball rackets, and beach toys for all ages. Highly recommend!

Vacation with all the qualities of home

What a dream vacation! Everything about this property was amazing. From the cozy condo, short walk to the beach, and the smell of the ocean. The condo was very clean, and perfectly accommodating.

Was a great trip. Condo was in a great location for us. Would have liked to have been provided more than one kitchen towel. Also, the small deck/porch could have been hosed down before we arrived. It was full of cobwebs and a wasp nest. Furniture was not comfortable.

Perfect for families with small kids!

We've stayed in a couple other condos in the Neptune building over the past several summers, but this one was definitely our favorite so far simply for the fact that it is on the main level so we didn't have to deal with steps or the elevator. We had everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen and there were plenty of linens available. The couches are SUPER comfy and great for curling up with a good book (or napping with the book in your lap). The only thing I can mention to have looked at is that the sink in the master bath was a bit slow to drain and the water pressure is very low....but the pressure in the shower was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay would love to stay there in the future!

Wonderful Property

The condo was beautiful and the location was excellent. Access to the beach was very convenient-just a very short walk out the balcony gate and we were on the beach. We enjoyed the balcony and spent mornings and evenings there reading and listening to the ocean. The beach in front of the complex was not crowded so we had plenty of room to toss a frisbee or play a game. The condo was supplied with plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and the appliances were updated and beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Jamie was very easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly.

Great, quiet location

We loved the location of the property. Quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to grocery, shopping, restaurants, etc. The 1st floor location was super convenient for the kids to zip out to the playground, tetherball, to the beach. Also very short walk to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Unit was very clean and updated nicely. Thanks for a great family stay!

Wow! We loved this condo. Great location. Loved the fact that it was first floor, walked right onto the beach. Had fantastic weather, like July 4th temps in Michigan! Loved the washer and dryer.. clothes all washed before we went homeđŸ€—, very nice feature. Condo looked beautiful, brand new, nicely decorated.

Wonderful condo for beach getaway for families

My husband and I stayed with my parents and our 2 & 4 year olds at this condo and we had an amazing time! The condo was beautiful and fully equipped to relax, cook, sit out on the porch and look into the ocean, and even do your laundry! The amenities at the condo include a playground and a pool which my kids loved. The walk to the beach is right outside the condo and was so convenient especially with young kids. It was easy to get to the grocery store, to restaurants, and other fun activities. Jamie was super responsive and very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We loved our week at the beach and cannot wait to go back!!

Nicely updated, oceanfront rental

We enjoyed this rental with its very convenient location to the playground and beach and the a very short walk to the pool. We also love Island Club because of the easy access to the bike trail and less busy location on the Island. We've stayed multiple times now at Island Club and this was our favorite rental because of the walk-out patio. Easy check in and check out process as well!

Phenomenal rental and location!

I’ve never stayed at a VRBO
this was the first time, so I was a little apprehensive; and I shouldn’t have been. This was THE BEST experience of renting/staying anywhere I’ve ever had. The condo was extremely clean, updated and really cool! Pics don’t do it justice! It is a 5 minute walk to the beach, so it was wonderful to head out, come back for lunch, then head back out
super easy. If anyone is considering, go ahead and commit!! I’ll be coming back for sure!
