Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

Nestled in the private oceanfront complex of Palmetto Dunes is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home with perfect access to the beach and pool. The property features a complex pool, indoors and out! You will also have access to the complex elevator, hot tub, gym, and Palmetto Dunes Buggy! Enough can't be said about how beautiful the views are from this corner unit; you can see the ocean from everywhere.

This villa is located on the 5th floor, allowing you to see as far as the eye can see across the Atlantic Ocean. 1506 Villamare has been completely renovated. The kitchen plays host to granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living area allows for plentiful seating for family conversations, lounging, and fun!

This vacation property offers two master suites, allowing for complete privacy. Each master suite invites you in with a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom offers two queen-sized beds. All the bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV for viewing pleasure.

With easy beach access and seasonal Palmetto Dunes Buggy transportation, get ready to explore and create memories that last a lifetime.

Please Note: Building improvements are in progress at the Villamare complex now through March 2026, including stucco, balcony, roof, and painting work. For this property, stucco work is scheduled to start December 1, 2025. Some noise from construction equipment/materials may be experienced during the day; however, the project team is working to minimize any inconvenience.

Great Condo and Location

Our family of 4 including 2 adult children found this unit to be ideal for our week long vacation. The views were incredible and the layout of the unit was ideal. The kitchen was well equipped. We took advantage of the free tennis court time associated with the unit. The adults only pool and hot tub were also much used, although we loved watching the little ones at the beach and the other pool. Property management was very responsive.

Wonderful Family Beach Retreat

This condo was wonderful for our family. The 3 separated bedrooms/bathrooms gave our family of adults their own space with their own ocean view balcony. The living room/dining area provided a generous space for movie watching, game playing and hosting friends. We loved this vacation venue and hope to return!

So close to perfect!

Our family absolutely loved this property! You can't get any closer to the beach and the views from the property are excellent. There was a lot of construction going on and property management did notify us in advance of this, so the grounds/pool deck area weren't very usable but I think it will be nice once it's done and my kids actually loved watching the equipment. My ONLY complaint is in the kitchen. It's pretty cramped and worn out. The last people there must have used dawn or something in the dishwasher and we had to run it multiple times before we could get rid of all the bubbles and that dishwasher has seen better days (not the worst dishwasher I've seen in a rental though). But, the pans were the worst I've seen in the dozens of rentals I've stayed at. Scratched to the point the teflon looked fuzzy in one pan! And the tea kettle needed to be thrown out as well. It was rusty and moldy on the inside. So, overall the place is almost perfect and I'd absolutely recommend it and stay here again...I'll just bring my own pans next time :)

Great Rental

This property was wonderful and completely as described. The unit was clean and pretty well equipped. Villamare is a good location with easy access to many of the areas attractions. Great view of the ocean from all three balconies. Spent most nights just sitting out here enjoying the sights and sounds. The only minor issue we had was the balcony door were a bit hard to slide. Other than that it was great.

Really wonderful condo. TVs all had Rokus which was nice. Property was beautiful. Pool was heated. Beach was sandy. Beds were all very comfortable. There were plenty of dishes and silverware. No complaints!

Perfect spot to watch dolphins in the waves, from the living room or balcony. Layout of the rooms was perfect for sound sleeping; very quiet. Property manager was very helpful and responsive.

Spring Break Getaway

Our family had a great time at this condo. It was clean, spacious and had a great view of the Atlantic. The pool was great and plenty warm, despite a couple days of less than ideal temps. The rental company communicated very well throughout the process so we were never confused about what was expected. This unit had plenty for making meals as well as some beach gear which was also a plus.

Beach front Villamare 3 bedroom condo

Great condo, location, view and host. Condo was clean and well equipped. Online description and pictures were very accurate, no surprises. Loved our stay and host was very responsive. Inside and outside Hot tub/pool was available. Didn’t get to take advantage of some of the activities such as water aerobics, weightlifting class or pickleball class but I would have given a longer stay. Thank you I would stay here again.

We will come back! Nicely decorated, spacious, right on the ocean. Lots of restaurants, pickleball and tennis courts. We enjoyed riding bikes on the beach and in the neighborhood.

Condo needs updated

We have been renting in Palmetto Dunes for the past 28 years. We have stayed in every complex in PD. 1506 Villamare has beautiful views but the condo itself needs a renovation. There is no headboard in one one the guest rooms and the bedroom off the dinning room is not fit for more than one person . The track lighting on a dimmer switch in the living room does not work nor does the light over the stovetop. The pots and pans are old and not suitable for a rental that is as expensive as 1506. Owner or rental agency should invest in a nice set (very inexpensive at Costco). I called to inquire about getting some new pots and pans as there was not a single frying pan in the condo. Josh called to tell me that they “found all the pots and pans “ which someone pulled out of the dumpster and put on top of the stovetop for me to put away. Someone did bring us one frying pan. I realize the rental agency is new to the Hilton Head Market, they won’t last long if they continue to up the price but not upgrade the product.

We booked over 4th of July to catch fireworks t marina. Had a great time despite the crowds. Condo has great ocean views w 3 balconies. You will have to bring almost everything such as garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and all minor items.

Great view and location!

Spacious condo with amazing views from everywhere. Six adults spent a week here very comfortably. All bedrooms have a private bath. Three decks to enjoy. We loved watching the sunrise and the storms roll in from the main deck. Thanks for a great week!
