But nowhere do they mention that if you use a shuttle to the airport they charge you $20 per day to park your car at their hotel. Other hotels that I looked at with airport shuttles were upfront about the fact they had a fee for parking if you use the hotel shuttle. 'This is the first time I experienced arriving at a hotel, only to find out, due to the hotel staff not doing their due diligence (the basic requirement of verifying the identity of someone checking in against the booking), that they checked someone else into my room!'

'The bed was old and worn out, sagging. Asked to switch rooms in hopes bed would be better and was told that’s not an option. Had to check out and pay for another room somewhere else shortly after checking in due to not being able to sleep on such uncomfortable bed. Staff didn’t care. Sauna was out of order also. Room smelled bad too. Spend the extra $60 for a nicer place somewhere else.'

'I had registered through expedia and thought I was all set but when we showed up they could not find my registration. Thankfully the staff was able to give me a room at about the same price than I had been quoted by Expedia. Otherwise the staff was all very helpful, the room was fine, but the breakfast left a bit to be desired with no truly sustaining food (all fast digesting carbs...).'

'The room was just dingy not well cleaned or maintained. The tv didn’t work and the phone didn’t work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Asked for a late check out and they said it was fine for 12p. Housekeepers came at 11:15 and kick us out of the room because it was on there list to clean. Rude didn’t even check front desk.'
