Flats in Highway 30A

'Outstanding impeccably clean condo. Nicely renovated, soft bed, nice community pool for adults and kids. Excellent communication from the host. Couple blocks from the public beach and restaurants. Two adults enjoyed the condo, but no place to layout your clothes so we used the lower bunkbed. Located in the Sweet Spot of 30A, great relaxing feel. Having a disability, it would be nice to have one handicapped spot for each building side, or add a checkbox on your listing so accommodations can...

'We had the best time staying here in Santa Rosa beach! The cutest condo with ocean views, many restaurants in walking distance and 3 pools. Entertainment just yards away and the bed was the most comfortable. We will def stay there again! Many thanks '

'Fantastic stay! The room is actually a lot better than we expected. The mattress is so comfortable and absolutely so big! Love that everything is walking distances and having places to eat, drink and shops just downstairs where you don’t need to leave,, and very close walk to the beach and alys beach, one complaint I wish they had a full body mirror. 'Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach!The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. Both the king-size bed and sectional sofa bed were very comfortable. My kids love staying here and especially enjoy relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. I also appreciated the addition of a change machine in the laundry room—very convenient!'

'Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and the location was wonderful. Beach was an easy walk and/or shuttle ride, and you could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with the AC not cooling well, and they were very quick to have maintenance and an AC company out to fix the issue. They also brought us a fan to use while it was being worked on. Highly recommend!!'

'Stay here for the proximity to the beach. The unit is on the far west end of The Legends complex. It is a block and a half walk to Spooky Lane Access. It is close enough that you can easily walk back and forth to the beach during the day.'

'I loved everything about it, however it was hard to figure out the beaches and the fact that we don’t have access to rosemary beach but the other one down the line? that’s about all'
