'The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. But we tried to get out of our last night due to bad weather that canceled our baseball games for the following day. they would not refund us our last night they said that the hotel was full. Which made no sense, if the hotel was full and I was checking out early then our room is now opened and we went online in the hotel was not full. We could book plenty of rooms so the reason they gave us for not refunding our unused night made no sense.'

'The staff gave our room key to someone else in the middle of the night. If we wouldn't have locked the top latch, they would have walked right in while we were sleeping! Then staffed called to ask us who WE were in the room they put us in. Completely unacceptable & scary. Our grandson was terrified the rest of the stay.'

'Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. 'The bathroom was filthy! There was a large hairball on the wall of the tub. You should bring shower shoes if you have to shower here. The doors don’t close properly either and is very loud. The property smells very musty. Not worth $150 a night.'

'The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments'

'Amazing stay. Room was very spacious, very clean. Hotel itself was able to keep all lobby area clean given amount of people present. I have to say that the front evening staff was absolutely amazing, helpful! Would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.'

'This old hotel needs updating! When we got into our room, there was a wet spot on the floor in front of the bathroom. It was coming from a vent in the ceiling, not sure if it was front the air conditioner or from the rain. There was an old stained ceiling section around it and the floor also showed signs of previous wetness. It looks like they had done some painting recently as there was still painters tape around the bathroom doorknob. My boyfriend said the continental breakfast wasn’t worth...
