'This property is in a great building and excellent location to the station and town. You can see the train tracks from the property therefore as expected you can hear the trains especially if any windows/doors are open. It is marketed as a luxury suite, on the surface it does appear that way with a nice layout and furniture. On closer inspection, there are several defects that could use attention like the bathroom door handles needing fixing, tape holding the ensuite shower together, furniture...

'Excellent location in central Hoddesdon. Easy to locate the flat, but check-in wasnt clear. I had to ring the owners to obtain a code for the key lock. Flat was fine, and great kitchen facilities'

'Lovely comfortable flat in a brilliant location. Parking is quite a way away and there are lots of stairs up to the flat! Also noisy at night. '

'Well, to start with the place was difficult to find; once I had phone the owner and received directions then no problem (very helpful lady who answered) but these should have been communicated before arrival. The apartment was clean but generally quite tatty. The underground carpark it tight if you have a large van.'

'The flat is very comfortable, everything we needed was provided. All appliances worked well, the showers are great and the beds comfy, we had a lovely week in St Albans!'

'Received very clear and detailed instructions for checking in, this made it very easy. The location is great, busstop just outside and enough ubers available to bring you to HP Studio Tour or the train station. The accomodation has basic furniture that is acceptable for 1 or 2 nights. The decorations inside the accomodation were really nice. Great place to stay of you want to visit the HP studio tour.'

'Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. Its a shame as the apartment was idealy located near the shops and town centre but wont be...
