« Firstly had to struggle up 4 flights of steep stairs with two eighty year old pensioners which we was not warned about beforehand. Then if you want to sleep at night I suggest getting some good earplugs, you can hear everything through the old wooden window frames which also rattled when the wind blew, from cars to people talking basically any noise from outside. « Clean well appointed flat. Comfortable beds . Looks newly renovated and had everything we needed. Pictures are just as apartment appears. Close to shopping and eating out. Bus close by also. Only issue was being asked for damage deposit on the day of check in when it wasn’t mentioned in listing. Took us by surprise as listing said no hidden fees. Hopefully that will be clear for guests in future. Overall good place for people visiting the area. »

« Be aware when checking in to this property that you must travel to another area to collect the keys (Welwyn Garden City )which is not ideal as we had no transport the keys must then be returned to this place ( 7 min drive ) at best all I can say is the apartment was grubby and tired at worst it was dirty broken lamp shade, dammaged chairs and table, stained bed linen, dirty bath mat the list goes on. « Once i'd read and checked the local area the check-in was fine. Flat is nice, maybe more spacious than it looks. Well stocked kitchen with cooked, air fryer, kettle, coffee maker etc. Also had coffee pods, tea, sugar and dried milk. Nice TV. Well stocked bathroom. All in all, a good flat. Decent location too. « Received very clear and detailed instructions for checking in, this made it very easy. The location is great, busstop just outside and enough ubers available to bring you to HP Studio Tour or the train station. The accomodation has basic furniture that is acceptable for 1 or 2 nights. The decorations inside the accomodation were really nice. Great place to stay of you want to visit the HP studio tour. »

« The suite was dirty with large clumps of dust under the tables, behind the doors and beside the beds. The sofa was stained and torn. The washing machine smelt moldy. We notified the host that the floor was dirty and she sent the cleaner a second time. The floor was nearly exactly the same with huge clumps of dust and hair after the second cleaning. « The apartment was ok plenty of cooking utensils but alot of noise from garage adjacent from it. And alot of noise from one of the permanent neighbours washing machine going on to sometimes 1130 pm twice a week it needs leveling or something!when trying to sleep after work. Front door handle does not lock properly and you have to fiddle with it. Shame though as the owner/agent seems spot on with communication. If it wasn't for the noise i would give it 8.5 of 10. »
