'The Inn is beautiful, new construction, and very comfortable. The parking is challenging, but the instructions for parking are clear, and the proprietors seem to understand the complexity-even providing aerial views to identify the parking places. 'Just a good hotel'

'Clean property - both inside and out. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food at hotel cafe was always outstanding and dietary needs were met. Close to downtown Olympia and several area attractions and shopping. Lots of onsite parking.'

'Despite deep renovations being done, we had a great night's sleep. I was able to work out in the gym, and the breakfast was ample. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the northwest.'

'Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice.'

Ontbijt maar tot 9:00, en om tien voor 9 was de koffie op, het warm water was lauw, yoghurt werd niet aangevuld: ook als het motel volzet was, werd er slechts een beperkte hoeveelheid klaargezet. Drie nachten verbleven en geen enkele keer kamer opgemaakt. Tissues gaan bij vragen, receptie kon alleen wat servetten meegeven.'

'From front desk to house keeping , the servicing cleanliness of the hotel, met more than my expectations. The only issue we had was the TV programming, but that was it.'

'The staff was welcoming! I enjoyed my stay here. I received a VIP Expedia pass to get something from the lobby with my credits so that was helpful but forgot to use it after I checked out this morning and also a treat for helping a customer yesterday since he did not had cash on him.'
