'The staff was great, the hotel is very plain. This property really needs a renovation, poorly decorated. The inside windows were dirty, the bathroom tub stopper was unscrewed and laying on the outside edge. Clean, friendly, but needs more "care"! Attention'

'I love the hospitality of the staff. They were so kind, especially to my small children. Ash was the woman who helped me check in and she made a special birthday card for my child. It was a lovely surprise and so sweet. Everyone was so friendly. The gentleman at the bar was very kind as well. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. I would definitely stay again in the future. '

'So... No where was it mentioned that this property was undergoing construction. Front lobby closed. Equipment in the parking lot. "Gift Shop" closed, or nearly diminished anyway, besides a few items in a cooler next to where you currently check in. The pool itself was okay, but the floor did not seem clean, and the panels in the ceiling were removed and/or out of place. The front desk was okay... But not great. I had to ask where to go to get to our room, and where the property amenities were...
