'I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. '

'Beautiful location, with beautiful swimmingpool with view over the Ocean, Ara's and whales. Friendly employees (95%), but for a 5star expected I more... For my Birthday I got a special dessert. Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

'The staff was super friendly, the pools were super fun with a lot of floats and games, and the area was great! A 3 min walk to the beach! The only thing that took me by surprise was that there is a nightclub on the property. On Friday night they had a party and DJ. It was super fun, but warning, there will be loud music till late, so consider that if it’s not your scene! I think it’s only weekends though. We had a blast!'

'The best rooms are the private with shared bathrooms. The view is great from this room. And the bathroom was always well kept. There is lack of internet in the fully private rooms, etc. '
