Waterfront Cabin overlooking the Potomac River W/ Hot Tub
Our cabin is located right on the Potomac River (shallow end) & has 2 balconies facing the water and brings such peace and serenity. Read a book? Have some wine? Take a nap? The Queen bed is on an adjustable base. Our Cabin also has a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a zero gravity heated vibrating chair, electric fireplace and more. Looking to host a river wedding? Party? We can do our best to accommodate. Please let me know.
At this location, it's a perfect depth to swim, float, kayak, wade out to fish, snorkle, float on tubes, and much more. Also facing the water is a Private Hot Tub and an outdoor pavillion featuring a gas grill, Blackstone, Sink, Refrigerator, T.v, eating areas, Fire pit and plenty of yard space to play corn hole, run around, throw a blanket down, whatever your heart desires. We provide 2 kayaks. Please chain back up and bring paddles up.
Want to stay in? Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie on the 58 in smart TV with surround sound. The couch folds out to a small full-size bed, and there is a camping mat for floor sleeping.
We have a personal Rv if you have more guests we can offer, message for more info.
Our cabin does have 8 seasonal RV lots(April - October) and is surrounded by other families camping and enjoying the outdoors, so you may hear music. Everyone is super friendly and will not bother you, but welcome you to hang out if you choose. ( 10/30 - 5/1 ) Steps are pulled out, but there is public access down the road.
Please note *November 1st - April 1st. There is no water available in the Pavillion.
This property is off the beaten path and the water is hard. We do have the best filtration systems, water softener and a uv light to kill bacteria but rarely when the Cabin hasn't been used you "could" smell a sulfur smell that goes away with running the water.
A 25-30 minute drive will lead you to Berkeley Springs, Wv. Aka "America's First Spa," check out the natural springs, distinctive shops, dining, theater, live music, and holiday festivites. Berkeley Springs is known to have some of the best spas around.

Lovely river-side haven
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin over the winter holiday break! The cabin is adorable, with lots of little luxuries and thoughtful touches. And we had the whole property to ourselves, which made it the restful escape we needed. Brandi was an excellent host—very responsive whenever we needed her. We’re looking forward to going back in the summer—camp looks like it would be so much fun!
One note for dog owners (please don’t read this as a deterrent): our dog was flummoxed by the stairs to the bedroom at first and required some coaxing. By the second day he was a pro, though :)

Riverview getaway
My Husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to spend for our 25th Anniversary. This was perfect. It was very quiet and when there were neighbors they were super nice, even inviting us over for a campfire. The view is great, especially when you are in the porch swing with your morning coffee or evening cocktail!! We loved the outdoor kitchen. The river access isnt to bad, although our pup refused the metal stairs. Easy fix was the boat launch and with the current that seemed a better place for him to swim. The hot tub is great, and having a cover allows you to enjoy even if its raining!! This was also a great launching point to explore Berkley Springs and Harpers Ferry!! We really enjoyed our stay!!! We would definitely recommend and come back if the opportunity presented itself!
