'I stayed in the King John room. Had a double poster bed and a lovely bathroom. The pub has loads of character and the room was very comfortable. A picnic hamper for breakfast was lovely.'

'Lovely old pub, always busy which was lovely to see. Great pub garden. Room was a little small, but fine for a solo traveller. All the staff were fantastic so friendly and could not do enough for you. Breakfast was really good, more than most people can eat. Would drfinitely stay again. Recommend trying their pies they were fantastic. '

'Small beautifully restored country house hotel. Used as a wedding venue, but they don’t let that get on the way as they prefer for it. Stay and staff were fantastic. Evening food options are limited but plenty of variety available with 5-10 min drive. '
