It's a lovely, quiet location with a wonderful back deck and clean interior. Loved having an office that allowed me to take care of some freelance work briefly while we were there. '

'The house was on a quiet street within easy access of local beaches and towns. The kitchen was fully stocked as promise, the rooms well laid out, and the check-in smooth. More importantly, the owner was very gracious when he realized, and gently let me know that I had only reserved one night when I thought that I had reserved two nights. We scrambled back to the house and were very relieved to see that the owner and the cleaning staff had things well under control and couldn’t have been more...

'We had a great stay for Mother’s Day weekend. My mother is at Maple Ridge assisted facility, so it was very convenient for us. You are close to town so you can walk to many restaurants. Traffic noise is busy during the day. There is no AC, but the weather was cool enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!'

'The house was absolutely perfect for us!!! The huge kitchen allowed us to put flower arrangements together and the entire was so beautifully decorated and prepared!!! Very comfortable all around!!! 'We had never been to this area and the house was the perfect home base to use to explore the area. There’s a lot of beaches and state parks to enjoy on the island and we also explored the area’s other features including Port Townsend and wineries/cideries. The house was beautifully maintained and comfortable and we loved being there and on the water. '

'Everything was very nice and well taken care of. It was a little confusing to me which areas belonged to the private owners, which areas were shared with other guests, and which were private. But everything we wanted was readily available. I loved the massage chair. And the deck/sauna/hot tub were excellent!'

'This lake house was so cute!! We went paddle boarding and kayaking each day. The girls played out on the dock watching the frogs, fish, and ducks. We also did s’mores at the fire pit each night and watched the stars. This house was a perfect for a quiet vacation with the girls.'

'Enjoyed our stay at Halsey Haven! Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The view was amazing! Great layout, welcoming decor and vibe. Communication with the host was easy and responses were fast. The outdoor sauna was a plus! We would definitely rent again - it felt like a true getaway!'
