'I have to give this place a 5 star rating for the location and proximity to the rail trail for biking. It’s literally a second from the rail trail. If you are looking for rail trail access and a beautiful outdoor area and spectacular private beach in Long Pond, this home is perfect! The home is old and has a lot of original charm. The rating is five stars due to location and outdoor amenities and rail trail but we were a little disappointed with the comfort of the dining room chairs (very worn)...

'We loved staying in this home, perfect for multi generational families. A great backyard, fire pit and play set for the kids. The house and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Close enough to all the must do things on Cape Cod. I would definitely stay here again!'

'Prime Location-Amazing Views-Gracious HospitalityWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jo and Mike's property. A real gem! It was very comfortable and well appointed with all the necessities and extras too. The location is a nice, walkable neighborhood and central to all the Cape has to offer. The large windows and sliding doors provided wide views of the lake and the covered patio was the perfect spot for relaxing. The owners reside upstairs but there was minimal noise heard below in the apartment....

'Some 23 of us, arriving at staggered times, had a wonderful experience. We visited places all over the Cape, sat and played on our private beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of water craft. There was truly something for everyone. There were two cousins, ages 8 mo and 5 mo that entertained us as well as two cousin dogs who romped and played endlessly. It was FABULOUS!'
