« What a wonderful place to stay! We were delayed in our travels and arrived after the kitchen had closed. The staff were very kind and accommodating and made us a lovely dinner. The food was exceptional! Additionally our room was terrific with a great shower. We will definitely return to do some hill walking nearby. Only wish we had stayed longer! »

« A lovely inn situated in a peaceful village but very handy for visiting the attractions within York and the North Yorkshire National park. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. We can recommend the food and drinks on offer in the air conditioned restaurant, both on the evening we stayed and for breakfast the following day. Top marks. »

« I don't believe the Expedia site should offer this hotel at this time It does Otley and the hotel staff, both lovely, no favours. It was not a well placed room, it was overly hot without cooling, the bathroom although modern let itself down in the shower particularly. It did not have a restaurant nor kitchen in use and was severely understaffed. Our pre requests could not be met. I am sad to give a poor review, as the staff were wonderful. But it did not represent value for money, was...

« We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way North and were very happy that we picked this Inn. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate for our needs and in line with the price point. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nothing short of excellent with good quality ingredients, perfectly prepared. »

« Booked it as we were in the middle of a heatwave, Advertised with Air conditioning, Blatant lie sadly. it doesn't exist. 'We cant issue a refund' Need to speak to OVO. OVO have no clue what they're doing, money lost, lesson learnt. Moved to next hotel same night. »
