'We were first pretty comfortable with the decision we have made they given us a smoking room and my wife is pregnant whilst we made that clear some discreet things happen in our hall including a man knocking on our hotel door while I was away for 2 minutes asking my wife if she was “available”. This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always...

'This was just a quick overnight stay prior to an early flight out of JFK. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much to Junior who was so helpful. He greeted us out front and helped us with our valet parking and luggage. He even gave us each a voucher for drinks at the bar. We will definitely stay here again. '
