This is unacceptable we have not felt safe in any capacity since then… We paid 7 full days for an unsafe environment. During the night was always noisy in the hall and the room service would not always...

'This was just a quick overnight stay prior to an early flight out of JFK. Everything was fantastic. Thank you so much to Junior who was so helpful. He greeted us out front and helped us with our valet parking and luggage. He even gave us each a voucher for drinks at the bar. We will definitely stay here again. '
