'Very nice unit. The 1 br was a bit small for 3, but would have been ideal for 2. Nice location, nice pool and hot tubs. Quiet location with views. Easy drive into Sedona. I highly recommend. My only criticism is that we had to wait (about 20 minutes?) to get a parking pass from the time share sales staff. This could have been given by the check-in staff. Otherwise, it was wonderful!'

'What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated...

"We checked in late (11 PM) after driving back from the Canyon, and check-in took a while, which wasn’t an issue per se. However, when we got to the room, we had it hadn’t been completely cleaned. The sofa was still pulled out and it had dirty sheets on it. The furniture was moved around and there were dirty dishes and empty shampoo bottles on the counter. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room which was nice, but the keys didn’t work. After going back they still didn’t work and security had to let us in. We never received any working keys. The next morning (8:30 AM), security entered the room while we were sleeping. It was a weird experience, the hotel was nice otherwise but needless to say they have some logistical challenges."
