The washer/dryer were such a great surprise. I cooked almost every day in the small but efficient kitchen. The quiet area and natural light made it feel peaceful and safe.

I do not recommend booking here. The first room they put us in was filthy and full of mold. Dirty blankets, smelly pillows, and a disgusting yellow-stained duvet. The next day they moved us to another room, which looked fine at first. But when I returned that evening, I found mold throughout the room, a dirty toilet, someone else’s fake eyelashes in the bed, floors so dirty my socks turned black, dishes still covered in stickers, and a washer that smelled so bad it made me feel sick. We reported this to the property manager and got no response. We then contacted Expedia and asked for a refund for our last two days because the conditions were unsafe. Expedia contacted the property, but they ignored Expedia as well. Expedia then told me there was nothing they could do. This place is unsanitary and unsafe, and Expedia offered zero protection as a customer. Avoid this property and avoid Expedia if you value your health and money.

If there is ZERO i would definitely rate zero. Booked the place way ahead on our travel date. Arrived at this place and no one in the front desk waiting for over 40 mins. Finally someone shows up, a non speaking English we have to use the phone translator. After a long conversation, found out that the room is not even clean. And it’s almost 9pm so I was not happy and asking for a refund. Finally he gave me my refund but when we are ready to leave to find another place to stay he is very persuasive for Me to return the refund that he gave me. And that moment I had enough…. Please DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. It was not a good experience at all.

The receptionist was friendly and responded to communication. No issues with the staff. However we had booked 3 rooms for our large family and stayed for 5 nights in what we had believed to be a very nice apartment style hotel. This is nothing like the pictures. The couches are covered in many visible stains, the dishes (which are very minimal like 1 mug, 2 plates etc) were put away with old food on them. There was still garbage in our garbages left from the last guest. The floor were visibly dusty with debris and had not been cleaned properly. Further the walls are PAPER THIN. We listened to our neighbours use the washroom multiple times per day. We could hear every word of every conversation they had as if we were standing directly beside them. One of our rooms did not have a deadbolt, and two of our rooms had wires hanging and no light We had also not known that cars cannot come to the front of this location due to the very narrow streets and we were dropped off at a main road and needed to walk approx 3-4 minutes with all of our luggage. This is not a huge deal - however we were nog prepared and arrived around 11pm in the dark with many bags and elderly family member which made this walk when we were not familiar with the area difficult. We did enjoy the location, and a delicious wood fired pizza place just a minute away. However we’re really disappointed with this space and feel it was significantly falsely advertised and would not want to stay here again.
