J'ai rarement été aussi bien reçu dans un hôtel. Tout était parfait, service excellent, petit déjeuner varié et très bon, beaucoup de choix. La réceptionniste a été très aimable, souriante, et parlait très bien anglais. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel, j'ai passé qu'une nuit , si je repasse par Hanoï, j'y retournerai.

Points forts : situation (quartier ancien), confort de l'hôtel notamment des chambres, accueil et serviabilité du personnel en particulier réception, décoration. Points à améliorer : insonorisation des chambres par rapport à la rue (bruits nocturnes), service restauration : qualité du pain et des viennoiseries, servir tous les convives au même moment (décalage très fréquent de l'arrivée des plats). Points négatifs : accès difficile pour les personnes ayant des difficultés pour marcher (escalier pour entrée hôtel, escalier pour accès restaurant et roof top.

スタッフは優しく、心遣いもあって非常に良かったです。チェックアウト後にも無料でシャワーを使わせてもらえたのも良かったです。 ただ、部屋は写真よりいい狭く、テレビの調子も良くなかったです。宿泊する分には全く問題ありませんが。 ホテル周辺は若干ゴミゴミしている感じです。

Great hotel, service was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, small in size for a “Honeymoon Suite” but no issues with noise. They had blackout curtains which were great. Shower water pressure was fabulous!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. They were very accommodating of adding an extra person on the booking. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was very nice. The staff was so sweet they even did a special celebration for a bday with breakfast. Would definitely come back and stay.

Excellent hospitality, especially the reception! Clean room, good accomodation, soft matras on the bed, different kind of breakfast, rooftopbar for the evening. The room was a little bit small for the bed. One night some disturbing noice (generator?) but it disappeared the second night after the reception was informed. The hotel is in the old quater, in a relatively quiet street. I recomment the hotel strongly and would return next time.

The staff was warm, welcoming and attentive. Whether it was directions, places to shop or places to eat, they were always willing to help provide insights on the best places to visit during our trip. The hotel was super clean and the breakfast was SOOO good. I recommend it.

Thom is an excellent front desk advisor. She can book luxury yacht day trips to Halong bay for you straight from the hotel for about $120 after you eat your free breakfast buffet and sleep on a comfortable bed. Shower is large and spacious. Neighborhood has great $12 foot masssge spots and great Pho. You will enjoy this spot.

This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to many attractions in the area. We were warmly greeted on arrival by Peter Nguyen who brought delicious fruit tea while he explained the hotel amenities and about the surrounding area. I recommend you ask for a room with a balcony and also enjoy the food & sunsets on the rooftop bar. There is no swimming pool but the hotel offered to drive us to their sister hotel to use the pool there. We declined as we were busy every day enjoying the neighbourhood. The breakfast provided is wonderful. The staff are friendly and well trained in hospitality.

The service and hospitality were exceptional. We were greeted immediately upon arrival with tea, and our needs or requests were attended to throughout our stay. Food and restaurants were marvelous, great selection, even Western options. The rooftop bar atmosphere and service were sophisticated and appealing. Great place to stay, very much loved my time there.

As my stay at JM Marvel Hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter nears its end, I am compelled to share the wonderful experience I’ve had here. Currently residing in the last two rooms available, my time at this centrally located gem has been nothing short of delightful. The rooms, although lacking a scenic view, boast impeccable cleanliness, thanks to the diligent daily room service. The flawless water drainage system further enhances the overall comfort of the accommodations. What truly sets JM Marvel apart is its exceptional staff—special appreciation goes to Peter, the hotel manager, and the attentive team, including Miss Nguyen, Lily, and other dedicated members who have made my stay truly memorable. The spa downstairs has been a highlight of my visit. As someone not accustomed to spa services, I have been thoroughly impressed by their comprehensive package, offering relaxation from head to toe. The multitasking staff, including hair washing and drying services, has made this a unique and rejuvenating experience. I highly recommend indulging in their spa services to anyone visiting Hanoi. Regarding breakfast, I find the options to be satisfactory, exceeding my expectations. While not extensive, the quality is better than anticipated, making it a pleasant start to the day. We loved staying here, can’t recommend any more highly. The service was incredible - in particular Minnie and Lily took great care of us. We got some great recommendations for activities and places to eat, and the staff were very attentive with anything else we needed. The location is great, walkable to all the hotspots and attractions in Hanoi. We opted for a room without a window which was actually great as we didn’t get any street noise and we were mostly out and about. The breakfast buffet was delicious every day - some of the best pho we had in Hanoi. Overall really happy with our stay.
