'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...

'Lovely space. Clean. Adequate towels and face cloths. We didn’t want for anything really! Even tea and instant coffee if you want! Would highly recommend and maybe would stay there again with my family! Excellent experience!'

'The property is dated but it is being kept immaculate. There is a restaurant on site which is very good for breakfast. The bus stops across the street and is a direct route to the harbour front.'
