« The cabin was just as described. It was super clean, well equipped, and very close to the river. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. »

« Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property on a secluded lot with pleasant views of woods and mountains all around. For two people, there is more than enough space for anything you are likely to want to do. The kitchen is modern and well-stocked and the furniture is all wet comfortable.About a 12-minute drive into the center of Berkeley Spring, and about 25 minutes to Cacapon State Park. Highly recommended. »

« It’s a peaceful place in the woods. The hot tub was great, and with the provided kitchenware and space we were able to make our own meals. Perfect for a slow, outdoorsy getaway to unwind and reflect. »

« This place is peaceful and secluded the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner kept it comfortable you have everything you need to heat up food or keep it cold the view of the river is great and we enjoyed setting on the porch and watching the river and deers that walk right through the yard! The only things I may would change is the chairs on the porch. There is a fire pit also across the road but unfortunately we didn’t get to use it because of rain. »

« We really enjoyed our weekend here. The place was clean and comfortable, and a great base for outdoor activities and just staying put. There are neighbors, not too close, and it was very quiet. The whole process was easy, and we would definitely come back! »

« Perfect place to stay if you love sitting outside and listening to nature. The propert was clean and comfortable. Easy distance to travel to Gettysburg or DC (we did both.) Overall, as a family of 4, we would love to return if we ever make it back this direction. »

« Moose Lodge outdid itself! The place is immaculate, very well stocked, and decorated in super fun and appropriate ways. We were tentative about the gravel road and steep climb, but my SUV did perfectly well on the climb up and ride down. There is lots of room, large bathrooms, and several excellent places to sit outside and inside. The fire pit served as a great place to chill and to roast marshmallows. « This place isn’t just “beautiful luxury cabin in the woods” because even though there are houses nearby, you truly feel like you’re alone as you sit out on the deck, soaking in the peace and quiet. The house itself is beautiful inside, with plenty of space to gather and enjoy. We loved relaxing on the porch, spending time in the main living room, and coming together in the kitchen around the island as we cooked our meals. Every room felt private and quiet, which made for such a relaxing...

« Our weekend cabin stay was wonderful. The safe neighborhood was quite and peaceful. Its location near nature and the city was just perfect. The cozy cabin was clean and comfy. We loved Gambrill State Park and downtown Frederick didn't disappoint as well. »

« This is an excellent house well set up for families and larger groups. We really enjoyed the layout of the house, multiple bathrooms and hot tub. Note that the internet is not super strong. We tried streaming and it wasn't possible. Not a problem but if you are planning on streaming it's not much of an option. We enjoyed the local activities and would return again. It was well equipped and has all you need for a retreat, or place to go an check out various activites. Thank you! »
