« The house is very nicely located at walking distance from the main ski lifts. The access to a ski locker right by the ski lift is also very very convenient. The house has a nice floor plan and is nicely equipped and is exactly as described. The external hot tub with a view on the mountain is great. All in all this is a very nice place for ski vacations with friends or family. »

« We were a group of 8 fairly experienced hikers from the Monument/Co Springs area wanting to knock out the 5 big peaks in this area. We absolutely loved this location as it was perfect launch spot for all of our hikes allowing us to get early start and make it back for a shower/bath and make dinner before heading out the next morning. « We loved this house! It was so clean and neat, with lots of new amenities! The beds were super comfy and the living area was awesome! The house is so close to town, right off Elk Avenue...you can walk to everything! Adam, our host, was very helpful and responsive! He even double checked when we thought we lost some stuffies! We had a wonderful time! »

« This is the cutest little place in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for our 10 day stay and even extra amenities such as a full complement of spices and several games. They were so accommodating for our little pup too. I would highly recommend this place so you have easy walking access to Lake City’s downtown and several restaurants. »
