'The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.'

'I stayed at Portside Resort recently and was very disappointed. Booking was easy, and I got friendly reminder texts before arrival. But when I got there on Saturday, the office was closed—I later found out they don’t work weekends. I had to go to another address to pick up the keys, which was confusing since I hadn’t been given any clear instructions or a map of the resort. I paid ahead for parking and pool bracelets, but I never got the pool gate code. I had to rely on other guests to share...

'We had a great stay here. Great room and location. Very clean. Loved that we only had to walk 2 min till we were on the white sand and soon were in the turquoise water. Loved the proximity to nearby towns if we wanted to staff communicated clearly and promptly. Would stay again!!'

'The fridge and dryer did not work and it took two days for someone to respond to us about the fridge. In the end they gave us a mini fridge. The door to the bathroom does not lock or close properly. The closet door had rust all over it and the bathroom door had mold inside. The door to the balcony was extremely hard to open and the balcony had ants on it. The elevators also didn't work for the first two days we were there. The rooms were also very small but they put mirrors in the living room on...
