However, the day I arrived the AC was on and the unit was well below comfortable levels. I could see my breath inside the unit. I was able to change it to heat but it never warmed to comfortable level on the first 24 hrs I was in the unit. 'Gia’s place was exactly what I needed…quiet, tucked away from the noise, but close enough to walk anywhere worth going. For a digital nomad’s first time in Pensacola, this is probably the best location to explore the surrounding area.Gia was sharp, responsive, easy to deal with.'

'We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps.
