Ruime kamer en lekker ontbijt met vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is wel een een update toe.
Volgens de faciliteiten op Expedia zou er een zwembad zijn maar die is er niet. '

'Prima hotel. De lift en de ijsmachines zijn erg lawaaiig. Vraag een kamer die hier niet aan grenst. Wij hadden er gelukkig geen last van, ook is er een diepe resonantie waar te nemen, waarschijnlijk van de centrale airco. Dit hoort niet.'

'Voor een Hilton hotel is dit hotel heel slecht en vies. Kouwgum op de vloer uitgesmeerd. Vliegen bij aankomst in de kamer. Het stonk in de kamer. Vies douche gordijn het bad. Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel faciliteiten in het hotel waren dicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!! '

'All of the staff were outstanding! Especially Tony. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the spa wing. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. We enjoyed the lounge for continental breakfast and happy hour. The hotel shuttle is a great amenity and the drivers were super friendly. Great spa as well. Best hotel experience we’ve had in a very long time. We will definitely stay here again!'

'We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!! '

'Fantastic location and aesthetics. Love the valet parking and having the Secreto Bar and the Gruet Tasting Room on site was a major plus. The deluxe king rooms all face busy street though and the windows are very thin (historic, I’m sure). That made for a hard time sleeping and relaxing. We asked to be relocated to an interior room and that turned out much better but the room was much smaller. '
