Smooth Arrivals & Departures



Guest Registration

To ensure a seamless arrival, the condominium requires the full names of all guests and your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before check-in. Please share this with us promptly to avoid any delays or access restrictions at the security gate (please note that Del Mar cannot be held responsible for entry issues due to missing guest information).



The Check-In Process

Standard check-in takes place between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Upon arrival, you will check in at the security booth. We will send you your electronic gate access code prior to your stay so you can enter easily. Our staff will be there to welcome you during these hours, but if you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please just let your host know in advance!



Last-Minute Reservations

We love welcoming spontaneous travelers! Please keep in mind that if you book your stay after 9:00 PM the night before, or on the exact same day you plan to arrive, your check-in time will be from 6:00 PM onwards. This gives our team the necessary time to perfectly prepare the apartment for you.



Checking Out

Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. When it is time to say goodbye, we kindly ask send a quick message to your host to let them know you are departing. Safe travels!

We recommend renting a car at the airport if you'd like the flexibility to explore the city at your own pace. Alternatively, taxis and Uber are widely available, making it easy and convenient to get around Guadalajara.



Other Things to Note:

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.

House Rules and Maintenance



Drainage care: To keep our plumbing in excellent shape, please do not flush paper (including toilet paper) down the toilet. We have provided disposal bags for your convenience. Your cooperation helps us prevent maintenance issues that could affect your stay.



Quiet environment: Guadalajara is a growing, vibrant city. Occasionally, there may be construction nearby that creates daytime noise. We appreciate your understanding.



Common areas: Please note that pool and common areas maintenance are handled by the condominium association, not by our management team.



*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)



Accommodation Details



Occupancy: Our maximum capacity is 4 guests. Please be sure to include all adults, children, and babies in your reservation, as the building's regulations differ from the platform’s settings. Any guests beyond 4 will incur an additional fee of 15 USD per person, per night.



Kitchen and Supplies: We provide a starter kit for your first night and basic kitchen utensils. Please note that we do not provide consumable supplies like oil, salt, or pepper.



Services and Policies



Cleaning and Linens: Your cleaning fee covers the professional preparation of the unit before your arrival and a deep clean after you depart. Please note that daily housekeeping, laundry services, and linen changes are not included.



Electricity: Your stay includes a generous electricity allowance based on the season and the size of your unit. We will send you the specific kWh limit upon confirmation. Any usage exceeding this amount will be charged at 5 MXN per kWh, based on the meter readings at the start and end of your stay.



Personal Property: We are not responsible for any personal items lost or left behind in the accommodation.



Policies: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not allow pets or additional visitors.



Interaction with Guests:

Our team is available daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure you have a seamless and relaxing experience.
