Great place to stay in Rodney Bay
The condo was amazing it had everything we needed and more. We stayed during carnival and it was really the perfect location you have the beach and the strip nearby. Restaurants at walking distance. Matt was so nice very communicative he had great recommendations. I have no complaints, will comeback again!

Great spot except for the construction
Matt's place is a very comfortable apartment, very close to the beach and has a nice pool. It's also within easy walking distance to grocery stores, bars, restaurants and night life. We had a great time.Unfortunately, there is a new hotel being built next door. The noise from the construction crew was sometimes hard to take. They also cut off the shortcut to the beach so the walk is slightly further than it used to be.

Home from home and next to the beach
Matt as a host is very welcoming and helpful. He made sure to answer any queries I had and reach out with extra tips and info that he thought I would need during my stay. I felt very comfortable and at home in the condo.
Delia, the property manager, was also always available when needed. She would check in to make sure our stay was going well.
The condo has everything you could need for a short or long stay. Kitchen fully equipped, including seasonings. The style is a traditional Lucian vibe. The condo has plenty of space with two well size bedrooms. Having a washing machine is a bonus. The balcony is in the perfect spot for sunbathing and you can see the sea.
It’s only a few hundred steps from the beach. The locals are friendly and welcoming. Location is convenient for shops and restaurants also.
We loved our stay and would come again. Great host and a welcoming condo.

Spacious 2 bed apartment just a short walk to Reduit Beach and the local bars and restaurants. Sandy beach,warm calm water with Maria’s shack for seafood and floating bar for rum punch! What more could you want!?!!

Definitely a Repeat
This is a great spot for us as it meets all our needs, close to the beach, restaurants and stores. We are beach people and spend most of our time there. If you need a water taxi, see Quincy on Tour the Tide - great guy on time and dependable. Our host Matt has done a great job with renovations and indicates he has more to come. We are already booked for next year and looking forward to it.

We arrived to find that a planned renovation of the unit wasn’t quite completed due to local labour delays,no fault of Matt’s’, so were accommodated for the first night at an alternate unit. This was no issue ,the temporary unit was fine & have to say that Matt went well above & beyond what was necessary to address this minor inconvenience…he’s a super guy.
His unit is up to date & clean..all you will ever want…as others have said it is incredibly convenient..2 minutes (even for an old guy like me) to the beautiful beach & Marias , an easy walk to Masseys market & restaurant.
Without hesitation highly recommend this property & thanks again Matt.

Home from home in fantastic location
Great quiet location just minutes from the beach and close to good range of restaurants and shops. We did not miss hiring a car as everything was easily accessible and transfers to property from airport were arranged by local property manager who was very helpful.
Apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is very well equipped and there are thoughtful touches by owner such as beach chairs and plenty of beach towels.
Pre information from owner was really helpful. Checked in with us on arrival to ensure everything was OK and on departure which was appreciated.
Definitely plan on returning.

Great location! Nice condo with great balcony to enjoy breakfasts amongst the trees and birds.
Clean property with nice pool. Steps to Reduit Beach. Property management was very helpful. Helped us get a ride from the airport to condo and back and arranged car rental for a better price and a tour to volcano.

Not disappointed!
The description and pictures were not misleading at all, 5 min walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, and grocery story, even shorter walk to the beach. Would recommend it highly, host was very helpful at check in with information along with owner providing additional information that came in very handy. Condo was complete with everything needed to eat in if so desired. If we were to travel back to St Lucia would definitely try to rent this place.

Close walk to beach, just as described!
Enjoyed relaxing in Matt’s apartment, on the beach and in the pool! Alvin (driver) was very kind and so was Delia. We walked into town every day, browsed the mall & had some fabulous meals! You will get a few people trying to scam money off you so be prepared. One guy says he’s giving money to the kids for balls but we caught on quick that he is a regular in town and targets the foreigners lol. We started watching him while we ate,….kept us entertained! Maybe he really does, but I’m thinking it’s a big NOT! Suckered us out of $10, the 1st day, but that’s okay, happens in Mexico as well. Another guy made us a tiny basket on the beach, a basket we did not ask for, nor want, but he made us feel bad so we gave him a few bucks! Just be prepared, it happens! We never had issues with noise or loud music at the beach. A fellow beach-goer brought a speaker a couple of times but we enjoyed it. The floating bar never played loud music, nor did the beach bar.
Either way, we got in the groove of things and enjoyed our stay! Thank you Matt for being so kind and allowing us to use your apartment!

Great Vacation
This was our first trip to St Lucia. You can’t beat the location to the village, close to shopping, restaurants and the beach which is second to none. Roger is definitely a premier host making sure through our stay that everything was going well. So impressed we booked for next year.

Condo was great, but beach wasn’t what we expected
We loved our stay at the condo, it’s nicely laid out, all the amenities you could want, comfortable balcony and the people we met there were very friendly. The manager Delia was great. But we were disappointed by the local beach a short walk from the condo. There was a fish shack/bar playing loud music, people walked on the beach with boom boxes playing, a floating bar came up to the beach each afternoon, also playing music, and one night there was a family fight at the beachside bar. We were looking forward to a more tranquil setting to swim and enjoy the beach, as a result we would swim and then leave. This is beyond the control of the condo owners but nevertheless was part of our experience.

Edge of paradise!
Great apartment tucked away on a quiet beach lane with beautiful beach and crystal clear calm water just steps away. Apartment equipped with all your needs if you wish to dine in and prepare your own mills. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. Also nightlife if you want to go out for live music and dancing. It is the best location and the best beach in St Lucia. Don't miss out on this gem.

Lovely apartment very close to a lovely beach
I stayed with my daughter at Roger's apartment #7 at the end of March for a week. The apartment is located just an easy 2 min walk from the beach. Clear water and shade available. The apartment was lovely. Two bedrooms with ample hanging space, kitchen with everything you need, lounge and veranda. Spotlessly clean. A 10 min walk into town. First Caribbean Trip
We loved the location to be able to go from a very secure building to the beach with a three minute walk. The convenience of being able to walk back to the apartment as you are enjoying the beach was perfect, along with the most hospitable little rum shack that also served the most amazing freshly cooked meals was an added bonus. The lady running the beachside gem is Marie and she is a joy to speak to, along with her colleagues. We were on the second floor where the pool was located and it was the most amazing place to sip coffee in the morning and watch all the birds attracted by the flowers and fruit trees. The landscaping was beautiful and well kept. Everybody we encountered was friendly and fun to talk to comparing stories of our travels and adventures. Our property manager was thorough in explaining everything about the location and most helpful with any requests. You could go from the peaceful serene apartment building to the grocery stores, malls, and restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beach and great condo
This apartment was well equipped, very comfortable, and on beautiful grounds close to the gorgeous beach. It is conveniently located close to town for shopping but not right in town. We had so much helpful assistance and advice from the owners and from Delia, who was managing the property - thank you so much! The only thing was that we just didn't like the loud music on the beach on the weekend but it's quiet in the week. We would highly recommend this lovely property

No 7, Reduit Beach Apartments
The apartment was perfect in all ways. It was more spacious than we had imagined and really comfortable, with plenty of storage. We had breakfast on the terrace every day, looking at the sea, through the trees, and enjoying the antics of the local bull finches. Everything we needed was just a few minutes walk away, including a large Massy supermarket. We ate at a different restaurant every evening and enjoyed a daily pre-lunch drink at Marie's shack on the beach. The beach was gorgeous - 2 miles of golden sand. The local bus service is good, so Castries, the capital of St Lucia, is easily accessed for a couple of E.C. dollars. We took a local taxi for the day to tour the further points of interest down the west coast. The driver was knowledgeable so it was a really worthwhile tour. We thoroughly recommend this beautiful island and Roger's accommodation is ideal. We hope to be back before too long.

Perfect vacation with friends
Our stay at this lovely apartment was perfect. From beginning of booking with Roger to arranging airport transfers and the lovely local manager Lorna available to help give advice.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We found that eating out every evening was so affordable that we didn’t cook anything and only required the fridge for drinks and snacks. Although if we decided to cook the kitchen had everything needed. We did use the laundry washer and dryer which was very convenient.
We shared this apartment with another couple. The weather was perfect and the short walk to the beach was enjoyable.
The locals on the beach were friendly and we had no issues with beach vendors. It’s the quiet end of the beach. Plenty of beach to share and walk to several restaurants on the beach. Was like having our own private beach. There was one day a Sunday I think when the locals came and many families were having a beach day with loud music. But didn’t bother us as it was fun to see them having fun.
We felt right at home at this apartment and enjoyed walking to town to enjoy different restaurants too We also used the quiet pool on a few occasions.
Thanks so much for allowing us to experience the St Lucia life Roger!
All 4 of us agreed this was one of the best islands we had visited and a very nice apartment. We definitely would want to stay here again.

WOW....Over and above expectations
Just want to say that this place is exactly what it is......AWESOME!! From the moment we emailed Roger to the moment we left it was top notch.
We went for our honeymoon for 2 weeks and chose Rogers place. Close to town(a 10 minute walk) close to beach (a 2 minute walk) and the accommodations were excellent! Roger had his driver Alvin pick us up from Airport and get us to and from the condo with no problem. The place was exactly as pictured. Clean, organized and had everything you needed for a long or short term stay. Comfortable beds, clean throughout and in the perfect location. When we arrived there was a flower bouquet, hand written card and a bottle of wine waiting for us! Lorna and her staff were very friendly and anything we needed was a call away. Location to the beach was excellent and you felt safe and secure every place you went. The local people at Marie's Beach Bar (Marie, Coffey, Lincoln) are now considered my friends and are some of the nicest people we met.Private swimming pool was an added bonus, clean and always open.. Roger called us 3 times during our stay to check in to make sure that everything was good. I highly recommend staying here and my wife and I will be going back and staying here for sure. Thank you Roger and the staff for making our honeymoon that much better! Cheers!
