'Our stay was a mixed experience, and overall, the quality does not justify the high price tag. The first room (unacceptable): The first room we were assigned was in terrible condition. There was a persistent bad odor, a completely clogged bathroom sink, freezing temperatures, damaged furniture, and dirty seating/cushions. Cleanliness was clearly neglected, with large dust bunnies on the floor and an air conditioning vent thick with dust. Staff and reception: Front desk service was a mixed bag....
