'Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that. Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed. 'Our stay was a mixed experience, and overall, the quality does not justify the high price tag. The first room (unacceptable): The first room we were assigned was in terrible condition. There was a persistent bad odor, a completely clogged bathroom sink, freezing temperatures, damaged furniture, and dirty seating/cushions. Cleanliness was clearly neglected, with large dust bunnies on the floor and an air conditioning vent thick with dust. Staff and reception: Front desk service was a mixed bag....

'Pros: not having a cumbersome check-in process was great - particularly as it meant checking in online before arrival and not waiting in a dreaded queue upon arrival. Likewise for checking out. Cons: this location is incredibly noisy. Unfortunately it is situated right next to a pub where everyone drank outside. 'Pros: the location is fantastic. Cons: the sofa bed should be condemned - its not fit for use, I pulled the mattress onto the floor on the second night. The whole place needs a little attention - simple stuff like batteries in the tv remote, a tv that connects to the web, air con unit and fans need filters changing and cleaning, a blind in the kitchen for privacy and keeping the sun out. Simple stuff which for the money you shouldn't have to ask.'
