Pleasant Acre -Charming and Spacious Home

Cheerful and comfortable home has lots of living area and peaceful spaces. You will love the updated kitchen, cozy sunroom and large yard. Tucked away in the countryside yet close to necessities, just a short (6 minute) drive to the highway, restaurants and shopping.
Beautifully renovated, this home is equipped for long term guests. Icludes a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, comfortable furniture, High Speed Internet and cable television.

You will have the spacious one level home to yourself. Relax in the sunroom or hang out in the open kitchen and dining area. Upscale comfy furniture in the living room along with a large screen smart TV that has cable and blueray player. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed, dressers and closet space. The larger bedroom has it's own smart television. There are 2 full baths, one with bathtub and one with shower stall. Linens, pillows and towels are provided as well as a starter set of paper products and soap. There is a large yard and plenty of parking in the driveway and 2 car carport.
Up to two pets are allowed (additional fee applies).
Midstay cleanings are available for short stays and provided for free for stays of 30 days or more.

Everywhere except one locked closet

Last house on dead end street, small neighborhood with woods nearby. Nice yard and low traffic road for taking walks.

Country house at end of dead end street. Short drive on gravel road to reach driveway. Covered parking. Car is required to get around.

The home is located near Highway 421 so there may be minimal road noise outside but it is quiet inside the home. Two pets maximum. The pet fee is $95 and we allow one or two adult, trained pets maximum. Please do not plan to leave pets alone at the property for extended periods. Also be prepared to clean up the yard behind your pet.
We have lovely outdoor space. If you wish to bring a grill or outdoor chairs there is a patio space for you to use.
We can provide a queen air mattress with linens if a 5th and or 6th guest is registered. Extra guest fee applies. Linens and air mattress is not provided for 4 guests, but you may bring your own.
Maximum occupancy of the home is 6 persons.
The fireplace is capped off and cannot be used for wood fires.
We are happy to let you check in early if we are ready for you ahead of time. I will send a message letting you know we are ready early and you can check in early. If you require early check in, please book the night before to ensure availability. We are unfortunately unable to provide late checkout to accommodate our housekeepers schedules.
Long Term Stays - We do require any stay of 30 days or more to include midstay cleanings, these are provided free of charge only for long term stays. Mid stay cleanings are available for shorter stays for a fee.
No more than 2 pets allowed. No puppies (dog under 1 year old) will be allowed to stay.
Max number of occupants is 6 at any time.
Only the number of guests on the reservation are allowed at the property. Please only smoke out of doors. Please no deep frying or cooking with grease. Do not use hair dye or dye of any kind. When it all possible we like guests to wear footwear indoors (shoes socks slippers etc.). Not suitable for small children . You will be required to provide valid ID before checking in.
